Adjustable chokes are forged body constructed and designed for reliable flow control and maximum wear life. The variation in choke size is achieved by rotating hand wheel to obtain desired flow rate at downstream side. Tapered annular port is defined by a tapered plug for metering flow of a fluid. The inside of the choke body is vented to atmosphere after the bonnet nut is partially removed. Under critical applications such as gas wells with high pressure drops, abrasive flow and corrosive conditions, the adjustable chokes are used.

• Built to suit H2S service and temperatures up to 250 F
• Can be supplied to elevated temperatures and special trims
• Less maintenance.
• Easily automated through pneumatic actuator.

We supply adjustable chokes available in flanged ends in standard orifice sizes from 2 1/16" to 4 1/16" with working pressures from 5,000 psi to 15,000 psi and it confirms with A.P.I 6A standards.
